Do we accept returns or refunds?
We only accept returns or refunds if a product arrives damaged or has a manufactured error. If an item gets lost in delivery, we may be able to send a replacement.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship our phone cases all across the globe!!
How long will it take for my case to arrive?
For US orders, it will take from 1-2 weeks to arrive. For international orders, it will take around 1-3 weeks to arrive.
What's the difference between the Tough Case and MagSafe Case?
Our Tough Cases are normal, durable phone cases made to last, while the MagSafe Cases are made to be compatible for magnetic charging.
